Brisbane, Queensland, 17th January, 2012 – IPM Global is pleased to announce the signing of ANTHC as its newest North American client.
Last year, ANTHC began an initiative to find software to enhance their methods of managing the pre construction, construction and post construction phases of their projects, with an emphasis on materials management and cost management.
ANTHC initially purchased a well known software package and employed members of the IPM team from channel partner Stenstrom Group, Inc to configure it to manage all these phases.
However, they eventually had to purchase an additional package just to manage procurement and the numerous obstacles encountered with this software inspired one of Stenstrom’s consultants to introduce ANTHC to the IPM Project Management suite.
“The answer was an immediate, ‘Let’s go’,” said Stenstron Group consultant Larry Mattson.
According to Mr Mattson, the key reasons for ANTHC’s decision were that IPM could manage all phases of the construction process, eliminating the need for an additional software package for procurement and that IPM could easily be customised to ANTHC’s own unique processes, with customising of forms and workflows able to be done by their own staff.
“IPM was also willing to develop additional features for materials management, Primavera P6 schedule integration and accounting integration for a reasonable cost and in an amazing timeframe,” Mr Mattson said.
“IPM’s performance on these additional features is what sealed the deal,” he said.
Miree Le Roy, Partner Director at IPM Global is very happy with the new signing.
“ANTHC is a great client, and they have given us the opportunity to expand and develop IPM even further to suit a wider range of organisations in the diverse AEC industries,” Ms Le Roy said.
“We have developed two brand new products for the IPM suite, initially based on ANTHC’s requirements, but now they are available as options to our existing and future customers and as well,” she said.
