Business Benefits

IPM is powered by Microsoft Power Apps®
IPM operates within the Microsoft Power Apps® framework, giving you all the functionality of a CRM system. This ensures the application can access accounting data and CRM contact and company information to support and enhance construction/project management features. IPM can also be used within Office 365®, and as most users are already familiar with the Outlook® environment, you have higher user adoption rates and you spend less time and money on training.

You can customize IPM to meet your specific business requirements
We understand that no two organizations’ processes and procedures are the same, and therefore the software they use shouldn’t be either. Unlike traditional ‘out of the box’ solutions, we can harness the sophisticated Microsoft Power Apps® environment to customize screens, dashboards, fields labels, reports and workflows to suit your individual business needs. This also means lower ownership costs for you as you can perform customizations and create workflows without the need for external consultants. Further to this is IPM’s extensibility. Through customization of certain entities in IPM, the software can be extended to store any of your quality management documents and procedures, as well as providing a system to manage auditing requirements, such as employee training and accreditation records.

IPM has extensive reporting abilities
As IPM was developed with an understanding of both the construction industry and its accounting processes, our reporting tools can give you all the information you really need. Unlike other construction/project management solutions that report on only document control, IPM can report on costs as well.

You can integrate IPM with your ERP system
The construction and project-related industries have unique ERP requirements that traditionally have not been met by ‘out of the box’ ERP solutions. With IPM, you get the best of both worlds by integrating your construction/project management system with your accounting system. IPM can integrate with Microsoft Dynamics® Nav, Microsoft Dynamics® AX, Sage® Timberline Office or SAP® Business One, easily synchronising project information between both applications. If you are already using one of these ERP systems it also means you don’t need to change your financial system to use IPM.

You can access your information from anywhere
People need access to data in an increasing number of places and situations. For example, a project manager might need access to an application on a mobile phone, over the internet, or on a laptop while on a plane. IPM allows users to access their data anytime, anywhere, and on the device they choose. Strong offline capabilities have also been built in to IPM allowing access to remote and difficult worksites.
