Employees in IPM is an area where details of Employees and day labour contractors can be recorded and tracked for their competencies. The employees facility has a number of components in addition to the main employees maintenance screen.

 

In order to get the best from IPM Employees you must –

  • Setup the competencies important to your organisation.
  • Assign these competencies to the roles required by your organisation.
  • Assign the roles to your employees.
  • Add any events, training, certificates etc. that you would like to record your employees attendance at.
  • Ensure that there is a link from the employee record to an appropriately configured resource.
