As projects are executed issues always arise from a variety of sources. The IPM issues register provides a centralized system for recording issues and allows other documents such as Change Requests and RFIs to be generated from a particular issue using standard Microsoft Dynamics® CRM workflows.
- Generate, record and manage issues as they arise throughout a project with IPM Issue Register.
- Generate project documents such as Change Requests and RFIs from within the issue register using Microsoft Dynamics® CRM workflows.
- Use Issue Register to review all the issues linked to a completed project and determine strategies that prevent their reoccurrence.
Issues are tracked and centrally managed and can be used to generate generate project documents such as Change Requests and RFI’s.
