IPM is flexible and highly configurable, with administrators able to customize workflows, move, hide and rename fields, add/change formulas and business logic.
Administrators can develop “utilities” in PowerApps, which integrate natively with the system.
Additional users, with specialized functionality can be included in the system, by adding selected Power Apps users from Microsoft Certified Apps menu.
