EQUIPMENT MAINTENANCE SETUP

The Equipment Maintenance Setup is the core master record with the screen divided into different sections that store the unique information pertaining to the piece of equipment.

Equipment can either be entered manually or imported into the Master Record.

 

Key Areas of the record are:

    • Detailed Information about the equipment.
    • Service Schedules that are active for automation based on the parameters.
    • Services that are a Historical listing of servicing to date.
    • Link whereby documentation can be associated with the equipment such as insurances details etc. 
    • Resource Link that is associated with the equipment that is available on Site Diaries and Timesheets.
    • Job and Subjob Links that indicate the Costing entity associated with the equipment.
